Rachael is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber with over 10+ years of experience working in primary care throughout Wisconsin. She has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner within a community health center, student health center, and urgent care clinic settings.  

Prior to being a Family Nurse Practitioner, Rachael worked as a registered nurse with a focus on community health, home, and long-term care.

We welcomed Grace to the NPHS family in 2025. She has 5+ years of medical experience, specializes in family health, and has extensive training in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).

Grace has a special way of building a rapport with her patients, and takes great pride in the personal, compassionate care that she consistently provides. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with her husband and children.
